My holidays # story 2

Over the holidays I have many fun adventures but one of the best places to go during the holidays  is to my uncles and aunts wonderful home. If you ask why I like going there it is because they are loving, and they invite us into their wonderful house , and because my cousin Paris. The reason we went to my uncles is because It was my cousin 10th birthday.

As we celebrated my cousins 10th birthday my uncle insisted that we go to the beach because of the hot weather. The beaches name that we swam at was called the Big manly beach in whangaparaoa Auckland. We also had my niece Bailey come over and celebrate with us.

After having a great time at the beach we then arrived at my uncles place once again where we had a delicious feast.

 

The last days of school......

People moving heavy objects like tables, chairs, and more learning objects that have been in the class. People running back and forth for more things to carry this is the last days of school. Some people like to spend there last days playing games that many people like. For some of the little kids this will be there first moving experience.



Next year I cannot wait to become a year 6 to experience being an ambassador.and much much more. I cannot wait to start packing up our class. And also were moving classes. And this original class is getting crushed I cannot wait to see that happen.

INTRODUCTION This term we have been learning about fairytales and also we got to mix with our most explorative game on the web Minecraft. Today I going to make one of the most oldest buildings the Big ben. I have some unknown facts about the Big ben. The maker of the Big ben tower is named Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin. Big ben is the nickname for the great bell of the clock at the north end of the palace of westminster in London. the Big ben was built in 1858 in England. The Big ben tower has currently been renamed to Elizabeth tower it is made out of brickwork and lime cladding for the first 200 feet.

 STRUCTURE. The clock is famous for it reliability. The tower actually holds the largest four faced chiming clock in the entire universe. making the Big ben is awfully hard but did you know it has the largest bell installed in the center of the tower in the 1900s. it actually took 34 years to finish the big ben tower.

COMPARING AND CONTRASTING.

 Did you know the improvement of the transport has changed our lives from trams to little hummer cars to highly improved buses to trains to amazing new cars. In transport thing were a lot harder to get to place to place on foot it would usually take people 2 months but in 2013 it would take you about a couple hours. Cars are easy to use its for things like going on trips, picking up the children, and going to church. Comparing television is quite easy in 2013 the tvs have been highly improved. from the 1900s to 2000s. the tvs in the in this 21st century {this year in 2013 they are for entertaining the children and family. I enjoyed learning about how it was in the old days and then comparing them to now from the transport to the entertainment hoped you enjoyed.
